- In the event that your home is under a termite warranty with another company, we will gladly inspect your home free and review your contract and cost.
- In most cases, we will assume the remaining warranty and transfer it to Nelson’s Pest Control.
- In many cases, your annual renewal fee can be lower.
Don’t currently have a termite warranty?
- In the event that your home does not currently have termite protection, we will come to your home to perform a free termite inspection and give any necessary recommendations.
If you have termites?
- Our company uses the nations leading termiticide, Termidor® which offers a ten-year warranty.
- Upon inspection, if your home is found to have termites, treatment, suggestions and pricing will be given at that time.
