DRYWOOD TERMITE TREATMENT
Many residents of Florida, especially those living near the coast will experience a drywood termite infestation in their home. Drywood termites spend almost their entire life inside the sound, dry wood members upon which they feed. Winged adults or swarmers, shedded wings, ejected pellets and galleries inside wood are typical signs of a drywood termite infestation. Accumulation of pellets, especially in a cone-shaped pattern, is a sign of active drywood termites.
- Upon inspection, if your home is found to have termites, treatment suggestions and pricing will be given at that time.
SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE TREATMENT
Subterranean termites are the most destructive and frequently encountered termite found throughout Florida. Although they nest in soil, they can attack structures by building tubes that connect their nests to the wood in structures (mud tubes). They may be detected by the presence of winged reproductives, mud tubes and wood damage. The winged reproductives surface from colonies in large numbers (swarming) usually from January through May during the daylight hours.
- Upon inspection, if your home is found to have termites, treatment suggestions and pricing will be given at that time.
TERMITE PRE–TREATMENT
Termite pre-treatment of a new construction site is required by Florida state law and is a necessary measure to prevent future invasion of termites.
- Our licensed professionals will make an initial visit to the construction site to treat prior to building and will return prior to final inspection for a perimeter treatment.
CARPENTER BEE CONTROL

The Carpenter Bee is a large bee that has a blue-black, green or purple metallic sheen, and most are characterized by a shiny, relatively hairless abdomen. They often burrow into the exposed dry wood of buildings fascia and soffits, decks, telephone poles, fence posts and bridges. They often attack such objects as windowsills, wooden siding, eaves, decks and railings. The round entrance hole measures 3/8″ in diameter. A carpenter bee infestation is often detected by finding large amounts of sawdust and pollen on the ground below the area being chewed and excavated.
- Treatment will be a customized solution to your unique situation. We specially treat each carpenter bee hole where infestation has occurred.
