OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our original mission statement dates back 20 plus years, when I implemented the founding principle of “serving our customers ” while striving to deliver each customer the results they expected. Thus also adding value, it was my determination to give exceptional service to all customers, just as if they were our “only” customer, while at the same time being knowledgable and passionate about each and every problem that they have. With this mindset in place, I began quickly hiring and mentoring this principle in each employee as to how being “honest “and “dependable” to all customers will bring about its own level of success as well as the company’s success. With every properly completed job, we ensure ourselves a stable position in a thriving company, while ensuring our families a continued paycheck. Years later in Feb of 2003, Nelson’s was awarded and namedThe Small Business of The Year By TheSt Petersburg Times andPasco Chamber of Commerceand most recently, 2011 Gold Winner, Best of Suncoast . Thus giving even more meaning to my original mission statement that having a servants heart is what fuels our drive to be the best FAMILY run…..Customer Driven & Expert Tampa Pest Control Company.
